What we collect

Account details (email, name), listing and project content you publish, and inquiry or visit-request messages you send to sellers. Payment for Featured boosts is processed by Commercial Bank; we store order status and amount, not full card numbers.

Listing activity

We record first-party metrics on PropertiesLanka — page views, card clicks, and contact clicks (WhatsApp, phone, email) on published listings and projects, plus inquiries and visit requests. Owners can see view and click totals on their dashboard. We do not use third-party ad pixels or Google Analytics.

Contact privacy on listings

Seller email is hidden from public listing pages unless the seller opts in. Seekers contact owners through inquiry and visit forms.
